Refund and cancellation
How a paid plan is bought, how it stops, and how to ask for your money back. Short, because the machinery it describes is short: there is no checkout, and a subscription is switched on by a person after a conversation.

The short version
A summary for orientation. Where this and the sections below could be read differently, the sections below are the policy.
- There is no automated checkout. No card, UPI or bank detail is entered into the app or stored by us. A plan is granted by hand after a conversation.
- Nothing renews on its own, so there is no subscription to cancel and no auto-charge to stop. A paid period simply ends.
- Ask for a refund by email, from the address on the account, within 7 days of paying.
- Your data is never the thing at stake. When a paid period ends the paid features stop; your cards, contacts, notes and existing transcripts stay exactly where they are.
1. There is no automated checkout
This is unusual enough to be the first thing on the page. ObjectiveDone does not take a payment inside the app or on this website. No card number, UPI handle or bank detail is entered into the app, and none is stored by us.
What happens instead: you tell us you are interested — from the app, or by writing to support@objectivedone.com — and we get in touch. We agree the plan, the term and the price with you, you pay by the method we agree, and the plan is switched on for your account by hand.
- Nothing is charged automatically and nothing renews on its own. There is no stored payment method that could be charged a second time.
- The price is on this website and nowhere else — in the pricing section of the homepage, at objectivedone.com/#pricing. The apps deliberately show no price, no currency and no payment button.
- The CRM is priced by conversation. It is sold to the organisation that uses it, against the size of the team, and there is no published figure for it.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude any taxes that apply, which are shown before you agree to anything.
Because nothing auto-renews, there is nothing to cancel
A paid period ends by reaching its end. You do not have to give notice, find a billing screen or email anybody to stop it. If you want to stop early, that is a refund question and section 2 covers it.
When a paid period ends, your account returns to the free features. Nothing you created is deleted: your cards, contacts, notes, memories, recordings and existing transcripts stay where they are. What stops is the paid capability — card reading beyond the free daily allowance, new transcriptions, the Concierge, and the longer recording limits. If more cards are live than the free plan allows, the extras are parked rather than deleted, and extending the plan restores exactly what was parked.
2. Asking for a refund
Write to support@objectivedone.com from the email address on the account, and tell us what you paid for and why you want it back. There is no form and no portal, for the same reason there is no checkout: a person granted the plan, and a person reverses it.
The window
Ask within 7 days of the payment and we refund it in full, whether or not you used the paid features in that time. Ask after the window and we will still look at it — see the next paragraph — but we are no longer promising the answer in advance.
Outside the window
The terms of service commit us to dealing with an early stop fairly, and this is what that means in practice. If a feature you paid for did not work, if we broke something and did not fix it, or if you were charged for a period you could not use, tell us and we will refund the part that is fair — usually the unused remainder of the term. We would rather return money than argue about a month.
- How it comes back. By the same route it was paid, unless that route no longer exists, in which case we agree another one with you.
- How long. We answer within three working days and start the refund the same day we agree it. How quickly it lands after that is your bank’s business, not ours; a week is normal in India.
- Referral months are not refundable, because they were not paid for. A month earned through an invite is removed rather than converted to money.
- A refund ends the paid period. Your account returns to the free features on the day the refund is agreed, and nothing you created is deleted.
The CRM is different, and its agreement says so
An organisation buying CRM seats does so under a separate written agreement. If that agreement covers refunds, it wins over this page for the CRM. This policy applies to Connect, and to any product bought without a separate signed agreement.
3. Who to contact
One address, read by a person: support@objectivedone.com. Put Refund in the subject line and write from the email on the account, so we can find it without asking you for anything else.
| What you want | What to send |
|---|---|
| A refund | The account email, roughly when you paid, and what you paid for. An exact date and amount help but are not required. |
| To stop the plan renewing | Nothing. It does not renew. If somebody has told you otherwise, forward us that message. |
| A copy of your data first | Nothing — Profile → Export contacts gives you a spreadsheet immediately. Write to us for a full copy of the account. |
| To delete the account entirely | Nothing — Profile → Delete account. Export first; it cannot be undone. |
